While Bipasha Basu can’t stop gloating about the song on her name Bipasha from Jodi Breakers, her apparent ex-flame Shahid Kapoor is busy slamming it. Yes… you heard right. Shahid doesn’t see any merit in songs with actors’ real names in them.
Shahid said that he doesn’t see logic behind such songs. He said that one’s name is very personal. He would be embarrassed with it. Well, for people to use your name in a song, the name has to have a zing or a ring to it. We doubt we can say Shahid can be used in any song, so you will be spared the embarrassment in this life at least.
But we are wondering what Bipasha would say to this response of Shahid. As if listening to our thoughts, Shahid immediately plunged for damage control. He said that he is sure there will be many who would like such a thing. He doesn’t think there is anything wrong in it. He just thinks in film they have different characters, so how could one have songs on one’s own name is beyond logic.
