Only yesterday we voiced our concerns about whether or not Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will make it to the Cannes. But it seems our worries were uncalled for as the actress will definitely walk the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival this year. She will be there with her daughter who will obviously be hidden away somewhere in her hotel from the prying eyes of international media.

A source confirmed to a daily that Aishwarya will very much be part of the glittering red carpet brigade at the fest. Beti B will also be her companion in this tour and perhaps her husband Abhishek Bachchan too will tag along. While Abhishek’s presence is still shaky, Ash and her tiny tot’s attendance have apparently been confirmed.
The brand that the actress endorses which takes her to Cannes every year also confirmed Ash’s turnout. If she manages to go to the fest, this will be her 11th time which says a lot about her appeal in the foreign market. It will be interesting to see how she will dress this time given the fact that in last few months she has done nothing but grow huge. We are guessing she will keep it subtle so that nobody discovers her real appearance. What say Ash?
