You know a movie is in big trouble and not worth watching when the leading stars refuse to promote it and you have also heard stories about creative differences during production. Well Joker is all set to be the biggest flop of the year!

So Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha are dating in the US. He is a NASA scientist trying to connect with aliens. He has to return to India when he hears about his father's ill health. Upon his return he figures out that his tiny village Paglapur is nowhere on the Indian map and no government official is willing to help him out. So he enlists the help of aliens to put his village on the map and gets global attention. Asrani, Shreyas Talpade, and Minissha Lamba are the other key players.

Joker is a poor joke of a movie. It is predictable and dim-witted and scales new heights in bad cinema! The aliens are grotesque and their portrayal is clichéd. They are mocked at. They actually do pelvic thrusts to Hindi songs! Now who is going to believe that! The production values are tacky.  There is nothing that works in the favour of the movie. It isn’t in the three-dimensional format either. It cannot even be passed off as a children’s film. The music is forgettable and the item song is forced. You rather start wondering how is it even possible to make such an intolerable movie.

There is nothing original about it and it borrows heavily in terms of visuals, characters and plot ideas from: ET, Koi Mil Gaya, Swades, Lagaan, and Signs. Sonakshi Sinha looks pretty in her Indian avatar and has little else to do. This is her first flop! Poor Akshay Kumar cannot salvage the film and fails to feign interest in it. Shreyas Talpade is plain annoying. Asrani is wasted! Minissha Lamba looks like a doll and that’s about it! So there is absolutely nothing to watch in Joker. It is the biggest cinematic disaster in a long time! As for the review rating I am going with ½ out of five. And if are still interested in checking out Joker's wallpapers then here's the link - Joker.
