Agent Vinod is an upcoming Hindi action spy film written and directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film, produced by Saif Ali Khan under his banner of Illuminati Films, features the actor in the title role alongside Kareena Kapoor. Originally set to release in December 2011, Agent Vinod was postponed following a delay in its shooting schedule and will now release on 23 March 2012.

 

According to Raghavan, the film is "the story of a spy.It is a realistic film and not a spoof or comic James Bond. It is full of action pieces, thrills, and characters." On 30 May 2010, the director reported that the film's shoot had official begun in Mumbai and would later continue in Morocco.
